I am focusing on eating healthy during this in-between. I am not going to lose momentum having worked hard to drop the 20+ lbs I got rid of since May!

Yup, I will indulge in treats, just not on a regular basis.

No that image should be phrased “In between a rock and a hard place” as my Mom loves to say when we have choices to make. I think the joys of the season should be savored. It was so nice to have the last 5 days.
Now to get back to work and tackle the next 30 days~
